I see the chakra energy centers inside of someones body. Usually I also feel what emotions or blocks are attached to a chakra being open or closed. This is a reading that you can do again periodically to see what needs work and how to help yourself to get back on track. This reading can identify what chakras are in need of balance and some of the issues behind it. Each energy center focuses on certain parts of the body as well as emotional aspects. This is a 15 min mp3 reading which can be listened to on a cell phone or computer.

Glad I got this reading. Though I've had other readings from Laura, this is my first time getting the chakra reading. It was enlightening and resonated with me. Included chart was so helpful. I will repeat it again down the road to see if I've improved. Definitely recommend it especially if you're doing some kind of energetic work on yourself as I am.
